Robert (Bobby) Chiafullo is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and charismatic leader of Patriot Bioenvironmental LLC. Mr. Chiafullo’s inspiration and experience successfully launching other start-ups have helped him to build a team that has vaulted the company to its status as plastic technology leader.
Bobby’s vision for his children and grandchildren living in a sustainable world is what drives him. Whether it is product development, customer education or eco-friendly lobbying, he consistently applies his passion and experience to improve the environment for all of us.
Alan W. Mele
President/COO
Alan Mele joined Patriot BioEnvironmental in 2021, currently serving as both President and Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the oversight of all operational aspects of the business. During his tenure, Patriot has evolved from its “startup” phase to its status as leader in plastic technology.
Inspired by the notion of defending our environment, Alan applies new ways to educate businesses and consumers that recycling alone is not enough to solve the plastic disposal issue and that augmenting these efforts with a landfill reduction solution is the key to future sustainability.
Susanna Ross
Chief Strategy and Sales Officer
Sue brings 40 years of business leadership, strategy, market development, and tactical experience in polymers, pigments, building materials and coatings. She has helped companies across broad industry categories craft business and product-specific strategic plans, design strategies to innovate product lines, develop channel visibility, assess market attractiveness, raise capital through public and private sources, and define and update business models, including post-acquisition integration.
Benjamin W. Day
Director of Communication
Following a career at Bell Laboratories in system engineering and operations planning, Ben provided software development for Internet streaming services, full-stack web design and implementation, and project management for several small start-up and mid-sized companies. He is applying that experience, more than 20 years of community service, and his creative imagination to ensuring Patriot BioEnvironmental's success introducing itself as a new and powerful brand in today's sustainability marketplace. He holds four US and International patents.
Marisol De Jesus
Director of Sales
Marisol brings her experience in management, business development, marketing, sales, and product management to Patriot BioEnvironmental.
Her expertise includes B2B and B2C business development strategies, budget development, competitive analysis, Latin America business development, and pricing strategies focused on maximizing margins.
